A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist to take full ownership of large-scale outreach campaigns. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-volume outbound strategies to generate high-quality leads.

Your Role

• Plan and launch outbound campaigns targeting 10,000+ prospects.
• Create multi-touch email sequences with creative hooks and personalization.
• Manage and segment large datasets (Apollo, BuiltWith, Clay, etc.).
• Optimize email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox performance.
• Track key metrics (open rates, replies, conversions) and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging.

Your Profile

✔ 2+ years of experience with outbound campaigns in B2B SaaS.
✔ Strong technical skills in email deliverability and automation tools (Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.).
✔ Data-driven mindset with expertise in large-scale outreach.
✔ Creative and analytical approach to outbound engagement.
